Change to use ProtectionSystemSpecificInfo.
* EncryptionKey now contains them rather than a PSSH box. * Outputs PSSH boxes for each entry. * Outputs a ContentProtection element for each entry. * Removed SystemName and UUID from KeySource. * Removed --scheme_id_uri packager argument.
