- Remove EncryptionMode enums
- Remove AesEncryptor::InitializeWithRandomIv, replaced with
a static function AesCryptor::GenerateRandomIv, which should
be called to generate the iv if the iv is empty.
This change is to prepare support for CBCS and CENS pattern-based
protection schemes.
