[MP4] Change major brand from isom to mp41

This fixes warnings that 'isom' can only be a compatible instead of major brand.

Update Encrypted Tests to Use DiffDir
...
This changes almost all encrypted tests to use DiffDir. The remaining
un-updated tests are tests that won't match every time.
