This organizes all public headers for the library into
include/ and makes sure then don't rely on any headers from
other folders.
To accomplish this, this change also refactors macros.h,
media/base/macros.h, and status/status_macros.h into macros/classes.h,
macros/compiler.h, macros/crypto.h, macros/logging.h, macros/status.h,
and public/export.h. Now the export macros from macros.h live in
include/ to keep include/ from requiring anything else.
This refactor enables an install target that includes public headers
only.

This deprecates --vmodule (not available in absl, mapping it to --v for
a very minimal sort of compatibility) and adds the absl::log flags
--minloglevel, --stderrthreshold, --log_backtrace_at, and --log_prefix.

This feeds into efforts to create a working install target.
The order of headers is still funky, and was "fixed" by clang-format,
but in a way that doesn't exactly align with the style guide. Further
cleanup of header order is coming in a follow-up PR.
This also allows setting the language of different text streams from
the same input. Multiple streams can use the same input stream
using different cc_index values and can each use a different language.
This also will try to pull the language from the input if not
specified.

Note that this only supports a single page within the DVB-sub stream.
Multiple pages will be merged together. A follow-up will allow
selecting a specific page.
This only supports outputting using TTML or MP4+TTML; you cannot have
DVB-sub output nor can you output it in WebVTT. Since DVB-sub
uses images, it is hard to impossible to do this with WebVTT.
This also only supports interlaced images, not progressive images
nor text.

This also changes the callbacks a bit to (a) avoid passing references
for already ref-counted types, and (b) don't pass PID since the
parent knows this and gives it to the child parser.

This adds a new path when parsing MPEG2-TS streams to ignore unsupported
streams. This allows extracting supported streams when some of the
streams are unsupported. For example, you can extract audio from a
file that has unsupported video.

In addition to the MediaSample handling of the MediaParser, this now
adds callbacks for TextSample. This allows reading text streams from
the media files.

For WebM contents, it is possible that we may receive some NewSampleEvent
before receiving ParserInitEvent. This is because init event is fired
after analyzing a video block which could come after an audio block.
Also modified Flush() function to return a bool to indicate whether the
the flush is successful and whether the samples are handled correctly.
And added macro to ensure Flush() and Parse() results are handled.
