KongQun Yang	4f14a6f973	[HLS] Always set FRAME-RATE attribute ... Although FRAME-RATE is optional per HLS specification, but per HLS Authoring Specification for Apple Devices (https://apple.co/30n90DC): Each EXT-X-STREAM-INF tag MUST have a FRAME-RATE attribute. KongQun Yang	8d11e5ea64	Support Marlin DRM signaling in DASH ... Only Marlin Adaptive Streaming Specification – Simple Profile is supported. Two additional updates: - Remove FairPlay ContentProtection element from DASH mpd as FairPlay does not define a signaling in DASH. - Updated end to end test to include all DRMs we support.
