This deprecates --vmodule (not available in absl, mapping it to --v for
a very minimal sort of compatibility) and adds the absl::log flags
--minloglevel, --stderrthreshold, --log_backtrace_at, and --log_prefix.
Reorder headers to follow the Google C++ Style Guide:
> In dir/foo.cc or dir/foo_test.cc:
>
> 1. dir2/foo2.h.
> 2. A blank line
> 3. C system headers (more precisely: headers in angle brackets with
the .h extension), e.g., <unistd.h>, <stdlib.h>.
> 4. A blank line
> 5. C++ standard library headers (without file extension), e.g.,
<algorithm>, <cstddef>.
> 6. A blank line
> 7. Other libraries' .h files.
> 8. A blank line
> 9. Your project's .h files.

This feeds into efforts to create a working install target.
The order of headers is still funky, and was "fixed" by clang-format,
but in a way that doesn't exactly align with the style guide. Further
cleanup of header order is coming in a follow-up PR.
This removes all chromium dependencies from media/base/ and completes
the build system in CMake.
The ClosureThread class and its classes were removed, as they were
specific to chromium base. ClosureThread has been replaced by
std::thread.
The byte-swapping utilities in network_util.cc have been removed and
replaced with absl.
generate_unique_temp_path() was split out of file_unittest.cc into
file_test_util.cc, where other test suites could make use of it.
WARN_UNUSED_RESULT was replaced with the C++ standard attribute
[[nodiscard]].
The base::Clock interface was replaced with a typedef for a function
pointer that returns the current time.
This re-enables the tests in http_key_fetcher_unittest.cc by using
httpbin.org.
Issue #1047 (CMake porting)
Issue #346 (absl porting)
There were several enum types that all were used for key systems. This
combines them into one to make it more clear and only needing to update
one. This also uses a bit field to specify multiple key systems instead
of using a std::vector.

Only Marlin Adaptive Streaming Specification – Simple Profile is
supported.
Two additional updates:
- Remove FairPlay ContentProtection element from DASH mpd as FairPlay
does not define a signaling in DASH.
- Updated end to end test to include all DRMs we support.
Closes#381.

This is in preparation of supporting entitlement license API, where
common encryption server may return concatenated PSSHs directly.
Refactored ProtectionSystemSpecificInfo into a struct containing
concatenated PSSHs. This will make it easier to pass PSSHs around.
Also, most of the time, users of ProtectionSystemSpecificInfo do
not care what is in PSSH; so moved PSSH box parsing and building out
of ProtectionSystemSpecificInfo.

The keys can be specified in --keys option, with the form of
label=<label>:key_id=<32-digit hex string>:key=<32-digit hex string>,label=...
There can be multiple "label=..." block. The DRM label can be one
of "AUDIO, SD, HD, UHD1, UHD2" or a custom label.
Mark --key and --key_id as deprecated. We can achieve the same result
with --keys=label=:key_id=<key_id>:key=<key>.
Also add a new optional field in stream descriptor: drm_label, which
is used to overwrite the internally generated DRM label for the stream.
If not provided, the DRM label is generated automatically based on
audio/video information, e.g. resolution.
Code changes:
- Merged RawKeyEncryptionParams and RawKeyDecryptionParams into
RawKeyParams.
- Make FixedKeySource accepts RawKeyParams as input.

* EncryptionKey now contains them rather than a PSSH box.
* Outputs PSSH boxes for each entry.
* Outputs a ContentProtection element for each entry.
* Removed SystemName and UUID from KeySource.
* Removed --scheme_id_uri packager argument.

This moves pssh parsing to its own class in media base. This type
can be used to parse and generate pssh boxes. This new type also
supports both v0 an v1 boxes.
This also modifies the pssh box definition to only have the |raw_box|
and moves all pssh parsing and handling into mp4 media parser.
A follow-up change will replace the remaining usages of 'raw' pssh
box data with the new type.
