Add namespace edash_packager to packager codes

For mpd codes, rename dash_packager to edash_packager; for media codes,
add namespace edash_packager.

More fix for issues on 32-bit OS

Somehow it worked fine on 32-bit Ubuntu but not on 32-bit Redhat.
