Rintaro Kuroiwa 67e0f9f31b Pass playlist type to MediaPlaylist 
- The current implementation only handles VOD.
- Add #EXT-X-PLATLIST-TYPE.
- For VOD Add #EXT-X-ENDLIST at the end.
- Append comma at the end of EXTINF.
