u?int(8|16|32|64) are DEPRECATED per base/basictypes.h.
The change was made using the below commands with some adjustments for
pretty formatting:

For mpd codes, rename dash_packager to edash_packager; for media codes,
add namespace edash_packager.

WidevineKeySource respectively.
