Aaron Vaage 48cb55c8d4 Correct WEBVTT Header In Sample Test Files 
The old vtt sample data has the header as "WEBVTT FILE" which does
not reflect what the spec says it should be.

This changes it to "WEBVTT" as described in the WebVTT spec.

Shaka Packager

Shaka Packager is a tool and a media packaging SDK for DASH and HLS packaging and encryption. It can prepare and package media content for online streaming.

Shaka Packager supports:

  • Both Video-On-Demand and Live.
