Aaron Vaage 668bae314f Add Unique Sample Ids in Text to MP4 In our text to mp4 tests, we used the same sample id for each sample, this changes it so that each sample (within a single test) has a unique id. Shaka Packager is a tool and a media packaging SDK for DASH and HLS packaging and encryption. It can prepare and package media content for online streaming.

Shaka Packager supports:
