KongQun Yang 86b10b6316 Fix pattern encryption when applying to patterns other than 1:9 We used to skip all the remaining bytes if the size is less than \|crypt_byte_block\| blocks. Shaka Packager is a tool and a media packaging SDK for DASH and HLS packaging and encryption. It can prepare and package media content for online streaming.

Shaka Packager supports:
