Rintaro Kuroiwa 4668770093 Respect MPD@timeShiftBufferDepth 
- Only Segments with end time in range [NOW - timeShiftBufferDepth, NOW] get
  listed as S elements under TemplateTimeline element. Any old segments
  do not get listed.
- Also adding tests
