Jacob Trimble a0f3f2cd3a Add cc_index to stream descriptor. This also allows setting the language of different text streams from the same input. Multiple streams can use the same input stream using different cc_index values and can each use a different language. This also will try to pull the language from the input if not specified. Shaka Packager is a tool and a media packaging SDK for DASH and HLS packaging and encryption. It can prepare and package media content for online streaming.

Shaka Packager supports:
