Jacob Trimble a93eeca5db Add TTML-in-MP4 output support. This changes the default MP4 output to use TTML and adds a way to choose which one is used. Shaka Packager is a tool and a media packaging SDK for DASH and HLS packaging and encryption. It can prepare and package media content for online streaming.

Shaka Packager supports:
