KongQun Yang b5a73fc1d5 Refactor ProtectionSystemSpecificInfo class to struct This is in preparation of supporting entitlement license API, where common encryption server may return concatenated PSSHs directly. Refactored ProtectionSystemSpecificInfo into a struct containing concatenated PSSHs. This will make it easier to pass PSSHs around. Shaka Packager is a tool and a media packaging SDK for DASH and HLS packaging and encryption. It can prepare and package media content for online streaming.

Shaka Packager supports:
