Rintaro Kuroiwa bd44c7d7b8 MpdBuilder should handle ContentProtectionXml 
Added functions to add MediaInfo::ContentProtectionXml to
RepresentationBaseXmlNode. This allows adding ContentProtection elements
using MediaInfo protobuf.
