Aaron Vaage c520d85b96 Move File Copy Out Of StreamInfoToTextMediaInfo Moved the file copy out of StreamInfoToTextMediaInfo as the file copy is only needed by the MPD output but the Media Info is needed by MPD output and media info dump. Shaka Packager is a tool and a media packaging SDK for DASH and HLS packaging and encryption. It can prepare and package media content for online streaming.

Shaka Packager supports:
