Aaron Vaage df6661b93d Fixed Incorrect BOM used in WEBVTT Header When originally implementing the webvtt parser, there was a misunderstanding in what the BOM was suppose to be (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byte_order_mark). Shaka Packager is a tool and a media packaging SDK for DASH and HLS packaging and encryption. It can prepare and package media content for online streaming.

Shaka Packager supports:
