Jacob Trimble e3bc85f12d Make WebVttParser a MediaParser. This changes it from an OriginHandler to a MediaParser and moves the handling of it to the Demuxer. Shaka Packager is a tool and a media packaging SDK for DASH and HLS packaging and encryption. It can prepare and package media content for online streaming.

Shaka Packager supports:
