Jacob Trimble f4c07b9ce0 Work around non-deterministic tests. We currently have a bug about non-deterministic output in the MPD generator. This works around that bug by optionally doing everything in a single thread. This allows us to run manifest comparisons without making the major changes needed to add that feature. Shaka Packager is a tool and a media packaging SDK for DASH and HLS packaging and encryption. It can prepare and package media content for online streaming.

Shaka Packager supports:
